i woke up ard 11pm from my unhealthy-nap-after-dinner! yup aft eating my dinner, i slack ard, watching tv and reading magazine. need to do this to relax myself while. haha in fact, most of the time when i had dinner at hm, i will slack for 1 hr or 2 b4 i get started to do things
well, i really enjoy this kind of relaxing moments when life is hectic in spore!
hahah it has been a long time since i last blog.busy and i wun be blogging so often until my exam ends? am having 1 test per wk starting from this wk till the next next wk. omg, time really flies. it juz feels like i juz started my new sem not so long ago and its actually coming to an end in a mths time. then Mr Exam will be coming to meet me!! ;p
Was reading magazine juz nw and there's this article abt pure tiredness or sick. in fact, even the magazine says too much sleep may not be a gd thing too.
here's sum interesting facts:
Bad habits that can contribute to ur 3pm slump!
a) Too Much Sleep
- not exercising and using your brain? u'll only feel more tired.
b) Junk Food
- heavy, fried foods make u lethargic because ur body takes longer to digest them. fruits, veggies and whole grains give u enegry.
c) Movie Marathons
- watching alot of TV? do jumping jackes during commercial break to get ya engery level up. otherwise, u wont be tired at night when its time to sleep.
haha i find the part abt doing jumping jack is quite funny.will pple really do that? hmm. anyway i agree w the first two pts! in fact, i realise when i sleep early and wake up early, i feel more productive. on top of it, if i eat well and exercise, i feel more alert. okok, am slowly tuning back to eating healthier food and exercising!! i must jia you!
Most imptly, During this peak period, the more i need to do my everyday w jesus!! must make it a pt then: One Day Challenge =)

ok its alrd very late nw! (1.45am -_-) i need to do my revision for wed test. am only 1 quarter done. and i haf morning class tml! HAHA well done.
